Buffalogal42 is correct, but ILKB classes are amazing and I must say I have more energy and a positive attitude with this kickboxing routine. You will notice a change in inches and how your clothes fit as you blast fat and exchange it for muscle. I am 6 weeks into the class and I am down a size in pants! I try to go 2-3…

I can't do a push up either, knees off the mat!, so no modified push up,

I too just started ILKB, I just finished my 5th class and the intense workout with positive energy by all keeps me motivated!

Just googled Jamie Eason and the recipes look yummy! Thanks all!

Part skim Mozzarella cheese sticks, almonds unsalted, and eggs! I absolutely must have these in my cart every time, the almonds and the cheese sticks are great snacks post work-out because they have protein punch.

I guess it depends on what type diet you are doing, high protein, low calorie, or low fat. I know soy milk has protein comparable to cow's milk, almond milk tends to be lower calorie, and coconut milk tends to be higher calorie, higher saturated fat. HTH.

You look so much younger, congratulations on your tremendous accomplishment!! I like your statement, "...gone forever!!!" Name it and claim it, Girlie!

Wow, the Need you Now song by Lady Antebellum just about sums it up, and country isn't even my genre!! I had to listen to it again just now! :-)

Thanks for sharing! I found the cilantro lime rice recipe online, made it for a Cinco de Mayo party, and it was gone within minutes! Can't wait to pair it with the beef.

A coworker told me the other day I was shrinking, I'd only lost 10 lbs when she said that and that's not very noticeable on someone my size. I went home that very same day and took my measurements, sure enough I was shrinking. There is power in taking pics and measuring to show your fitness success.

These shirataki noodles are ok, 20 calories per serving, 2 servings in the bag. I eat the entire bag. They smell a little fishy, just rinse them well and they take on the taste of the sauce you use. Good luck, I hope you get your pasta fix!
