Im just starting my 4th week and love the program! There is a modifier and I follwed her mostly in the first 2 weeks. I'm not starting to use her less now. I love T25 !

I'm on week 3 of T25 and love the program so far. It's tough, but I feel myself getting stronger and better each time I workout. There is a modifier that I follow if I can't do all the moves. I highly recommend this program. Good luck

In my opinion, the only accurate calorie count is to use a heart rate monitor. I use mine and burn about 250-275 calories. However, I just recently started T25, so the burn might change as I get stronger. I definitely recommend a HRM! Good luck

Day 2 in the books. Did speed 1.0. Loved it!

Day 1 in the books. WOW! I wore my HRM and burned about 265 calories in 27 minutes (25 workout + 2 min cool down) I'm really happy with that. I was only able to follow the modifier, Tonya but I hope in the weeks to come, I don't have to use the modifier. Everyone feel free to add me.
