Hi! I am 5'2 and need to loose 20 lbs "again"! I am 142 and want to be 125lbs, I have been on MFP for 1776 days! originally lost 60lbs, then had a hysterectomy (and ate badly) and now have to looose what I put back on....yes it is harder for us shorties <3

My husband and I do all out work outs at home. we have done: P90x, P90x2, Body Beast and now going to start P90x3 - no need to be afraid of free weights - they are the best thing thats happened to me :)

Same as above! I am on no medication for PCOS or anything else Hi I also have PCOS. I am "fixed" lol and have had an Ablation! that did'nt work. I started at 185-190lbs and I am now 121. I work out (Body Beast at the monent) 5-6 days a week and try to stay around 1380 cals a day.

yes its skin, I have dropped 78 lbs so far and still going.......thats what I was afraid of not being able to fix it with exercise and diet

Bump!!!!!!!! I am in the same boat! I started at 184 after 2 beautiful children and 2 c-sections......I just don't think it will go away :(

I do all my work outs at home too! with my hubby I am doing the P90X Double right now, and I run on the treadmill as well 7 days a week between the two. I use dumbells and resistence bands for the p90X - its worked great so far, almost at 1 year on here.

Hi there! me too except I am a "not that heavy girl now" lol I have been on here for almost 1 year and I am 5'2 and started at 180 ish. I am now down to 129 and doing p90x/running on the treadmill 7 days a week I am on daily - feel free to add me!
