Ok so this is what I got:
You have a BMR of 1334.7.
does that mean that is the cals I need per day? right now I am at 1200 (mostly less than that) with my w/o cals on top of that

You need more than that. BMR is the calories you need to survive in a coma. The only people who should ever eat under their BMR are the morbidly obese until they get into a healthier weight range.0

You need to figure out your TDEE. That is where you form your deficit (20% is the preferred deficit).0

ok ill look up the TDEE - Ok so mine is 2292
so is that what I should be having daily?
