I noticed that I have problems with my Potassium too. I also have more muscle fatigue when I'm not getting enough. I started taking a supplement and it has helped alot. I like the idea of the Potassium salt. I might try that one too. Any other thoughts???

I agree that you should definately give your body rest when you are sick. I would be very careful about keeping your calorie count restricted especially if you are running a fever. I was going to recommend Under Armour. They have great compression garments and they hold up to "abuse". I don't know if they are available in the UK. I use compression shorts and a compression sports bra. This keeps everything from moving. It are a workout just to get into but it does help cut down on unwanted movement. Totally worth the price if you ask me.

I don't think I could give you a plan for a whole week but I will suggest visiting a website. Skinnytaste.com comes up with meals that are low calorie but have a great taste. I would recommend starting there. I pin the recipes that I want to try on Pinterest and then add comments on things that I changed or added.
