  • UPDATE ************** I lost 3 inches and 6 lbs from following the guidelines in phase 1 and working out 6x last week. Now I'm on to Phase 2. :)
  • You have the choice of doing 7 or 9 days for the cleanse. I'm losing so much weight from this phase.. that I decided to go ahead and complete 9 days lol. Today is my 9th day and I will update yall tomorrow on my weight loss and inches. *** I must say.. I can totally see a difference in my mid section.

  • Phase 2 is much more challenging! I started incorporating other cardio with it & going to the gym. I felt like I wasnt getting enough cardio.

  • I guess it all depends on the person, their weight, and their effort. However, I don't think you burn that much during the 1st phase. The 1st phase is meant to be simple. With that said, I burned anywhere from 200-230 cals. Now that I'm on phase 2, I'm burning between 240-275 calories so far. I guess each phase gets harder.

  • I started week 2 yesterday. Today I did the cardio 1st and then WEEK 1 (2nd workout). A few days ago I started to increase my cardio. I wear a HR monitor and I burn more calories when I add cardio with the planned exercise for the day. I definitely feel stronger after the 1st week.
