You may be right about that. I feel like I have to limit carbs or something. If I go crazy on a week (eat much lower than my caloric level) I lose weight . But then I also lose like 5-6 pounds that week and I know most of that is not fat if I lose more than 2

just do workouts which target the biceps and triceps. Bicep curls ect of course, to 'tone' your arms you have to lose overall body fat but there has to be some muscle underneath there to give it that 'toned' look.

too little... every other website says 400-500 though I don't truly believe that as well because I was going at a moderate/low speed for about 20 mins but high intensity for 10.
