I like that idea of challenging the group to different things each day to do that was mentioned earlier.. Are you willing to do that for the group? I plan to eat clean, drink 1/2 weight in body water, exercise everyday even if small, and cabbage soup diet the last week.

It all depends on your current weight, activity level, and goals. My doctor once told me to eat no more than 1200, dont eat after 7, nothing white (bread, rice, etc..), no sugar, no fried, and you will lose without even exercising. It was very true. I weigh in every Monday morning. My weak times is on the weekend. I start a new diet this week so I should be in pretty good shape by Monday. I am doing the Fat Burning Soup Diet. Has anyone ever done this?

I have used it before and I think that it works. I have a desk job and dont exercise much. I try to stay within a certain calorie amount each day. I may exercise on average about 30min a day. (walking)
