try finding other ways to soothe yourself. plan meals ahead of time and make sure you're getting enough calories every day. the hungrier you are, the harder it is to resist eating a bunch of ****.

I totally understand the vegan-leaning vegetarian thing, and good luck gastankerdriv! You know, I drank this soy protein supplement today, but once I planned my meals for today, I really didn't even need it. I'm supposed to get about 46 grams of protein a day, and I'm ending up getting 68 g today.

Fruit is good for you, it's added sugars that are bad (like in candy bars, etc). As long as you're over due to fruit, you're fine. Humans evolved to eat fruit. Just make sure to get veggies, too.
