1200 cals per day, no dairy, no junk food or desserts, and plenty of water. Plus, walk 3-5 miles a day at least 6 days a week. It's totally doable. I drop about 15 pounds per month. If you need a friend, add me. I'm glad to give you input. :) Good luck

Been there myself. I'm a ballet/tap/jazz/contemp dancers. My daughter and I have both struggled with Eating disorders. I binge eat, myself, from time to time and my daughter (also a dancer) has anorexia. Good luck! I'm going to add you, if you don't mind.
