Now Im excited about CE :D haha. Well I use Stevia to sweeten it up, and make my coffee with water and a bit, really a bit of 0.9% fat milk :) So it has very little calories in it :)

okey, well my BMR is 1389, and TDEE is 2397, and my activity level is pretty high, considering I work out 6 days a week, and drive a bycicle as well as walk my dog on a regular basis. And Im not sure if I know what TDEE-15% actually mean. Im supposed to eat that much or?
