I agree with Delley. Try to spare a few calories through out the day for your dinner out. Eat a piece of cheese or veggie pizza along with the salad. Get a salad with no cheese. Push the crutons to the side and only eat a few of those. Most importantly, enjoy the evening and maybe eat a little lighter tomorrow

Someone suggested on another post: Take chicken breast and put it in the slow cooker on low. Pour BBQ sauce over it and let it cook all day. The chicken will cook in the BBQ sauce. So what is your current caloric intake? I am about the same size guy as you are and have not had that good of results. I was eating 1,500 calories a day and the scale wouldn't budge. I increased my caloric intake to 1,800-2,000 per day and I have lost 12 lbs in 5 weeks now. Congratulations on such good results.
