Here is a picture that helps to show what getting rid of 80 lbs. has done for me. (and I have lost another 6 lbs since these pics)

It was always so encouraging to get to drop a size but it was a real eye-opener to see this much change. I will keep the original jeans and shirt to do this again. I can't imagine the difference when I loose another 100 lbs.

Thank you to all my MFP freinds. You helped make this happen.

    I agree. Seeing the number on the scale is nice but once you see the difference of your clothes, is a real eye opener. Congratulations!!

    I still can't quite believe that the smaller clothes in my wardrobe actually fit me and in a few months will be too big!! Heh :)
