hiya im 10.9 and height 5.3 nothing health wise problems. i am running tonight.. accounting for said calories ??? yea 2lb a week maybe im eating wrong foods. im not sticking to veg and meats, i eat everyday food too as long as in calorie allowance

cut the calories and walk if any other exercise is to hard

Ive been eating what i want and lost 5 pound.....and been doing odd runs. I was 10.6 now i am 10.1 sooo its working for me. I cant eat clean i need to eat what i want in my calorie allowancex x

Scrubbing bathroom and hoovering up and down steps with washing hands and knees hoovering I did build a sweat haha. Xx im not eating them
