????? im not talking pizzas and kfc all day but like for instance il have a yacult for breakfast salad and chicke for lunch then maybe a lasagne for tea would this let me loose still... and i always have some chocolate a day always in my calories x

hey im back at the gym.. what kind of classes are good for tone and weight loss. I have done body pump just want peoples ideas and feedback on whats worked for them.x also trying to add running after a class 3 times a week. x

Hey I've been advised to start adding some weights to my running when on rest days. How should I start. I dnt go to the gym. What will I need..relatively cheap as well would be good. Are kettle bells good !!! Thanks guys x

I am ok on level 1 but feel i loose all interest when on level 2... i find the moves hard work and ive no cordination :) any1 else feel like this?? need motivation to get through it.x
