I do it. As long as it isn't creating a starve/binge cycle for you, there is nothing wrong with using calories you didn't eat for a different day during the week. I try to only use it for the next day though, not wait for the weekend.0

I do this sometimes, very rarely but if I need to I'll do it
and its only for like the next day. I'm not like oh well monday I had a bunch of calories so I'm gonna use them on friday.

I do this when I'm anticipating a big meal. For example, Thursday I'm going out for dinner. I pre-logged these calories and got a guestimate of how much I'd go over. I've been trimming some calories each day to balance out. Or sometimes I eat less during the week and eat a little more during the weekend. I don't always like doing this, but it works if I hit my weekly goal. I've never gained anything and actually just broke my plateau a couple of days ago while doing it. Whatever works for you though!0

I imagine that doing this ( saving some calories for later ) would really help ease the stress of overeating on nights out!
Good idea. As I'm off next weekend I might go easy on the Friday night and leave 100-200 over so I can have a cheeky WKD in the garden on Saturday.0 -
hope it works its self out on Monday weight in x

Some people do 'calorie cycling' where they eat less calories on a day and more on another day...
A lot swear by this method. They aim on having a net deficit by the end of the week.
So yes... carrying over is fine! As long as you meet the week's calorie goal0
