zumba on the xbox ?? class as what for exercise

going to do abit of zumba on xbox, does any1 know how to insert it in exercise or should i just leave out adding it,x

    I added my own and labeled it Zumba and put in the calories shown on my HRM. I think you can put it under dancing though.

    Create your own, or there's a zumba option in the normal exercise list now.

    Create your own, but it counts as cardio. Use an HRM to figure out how many calories or for some games the Kinect will let you know too! Let me know how you like that as I've been looking at it as well. :)

    I love Zumba for the kinect!!! I have the Zumba core. I don't go by the games calories burned because it doesn't seem accurate to me (way to low from what people say Zumba does burn) but I go by my fitbit which is pretty close to the online tools I've used to calculate calories burned from Zumba.
