WTG! I've been doing this for a while and it makes eating healthier so much easier by not having that tempting stuff in the house. Because some days I'll be like, "man, I want a brownie" ....but I don't have brownies so I go for carrots instead. lol.

Are you drinking plenty of water? I'm very new to this but everyone on here always tells me to drink at least 8, 8 oz cups a day.

Hm ...interesting. I always walk on an incline --my incline is usually between 4-6 and my speed is usually between 3.5-4. With that, I burn around 250 calories within 40 minutes. I'm not sure how accurate my treadmill is, though.

So the idea is to eat 1300 calories a day, plus the calories I burn working out? So if I burn 300 calories in a day, I need to eat 1600 calories? Is this how I lose weight?

Thank you, guys. This is definitely an encouragement. I've been doing about 2.5 miles of fast-paced walking for the past week and I just started the 30 day shred today so I will hopefully have that toned belly soon!

I have had the Mirena IUD since January 10'. I don't believe it has affected my weight at all.

Yeah, I think I'll get in on weighing every Thursday morning. I can't wait to see results ....I'm so darn impatient! I think I've already lost a lb, though! According to some website I was reading on the other day, I shouldn't lose more than a lb a week if I'm breastfeeding. Poo on that!

I just started the shred this morning and was quite surprised with how uncorrdinated I was. I was having a hard time keeping up with the abs/strength! Exhale, inhale ...I always get mixed up, lol. Anyway, it was interesting and I'm hoping I can stick with it! Good luck to everyone! I may have had some difficulties today…
