Yes, it does relieve stress for me. I let all my emotions go. I think letting it out is good for you. By time the movie is over, I am bawling. i think we hold alot in, just to be strong, well it gives you that excuse to not be strong. Try it.

I get up and go for a walk. I clean my closets and other areas in my house. i do avoid cleaning the kitchen for obvious reasons. If I really am upset, I will deliberately watch a movie, that makes me cry. I give myself a good cry. Godd luck to you and your Nanny is in my prayers.

I don"t go to a gym. I go and find places to walk. I find stairs to climb. I go to state parks and walk thru them. It is free for me, cause I have a sticker. You get to enjoy the scenery as well as getting your walk in. I also do Zumba dvd"s, it mixes it up for me. There is lots of things to do. Try swimming, if you enjoy…

I love Zumba. I have the DVD"S. I didn't think I would like it. But I felt exhilarated afterwards.

I am new to this. I am looking for some buddies. It is hard doing it on your own. I have lost 76lbs. since may of 2011. I have 124lbs. to go. Saying it out loud or typing it sounds like alot to me. But, I am motivated.
