i'd aim for ~ 2000ish and track your weight once a week for a couple weeks to see results....not dropping wieght? drop calories a bit? dropping too much? bump up cals only time will tell how your body reacts. track/log and find out!

If your deadset on getting down to ~ 10% BF in order to see them..its all about calories in and out to burn the fat off to see them. The lower the BF the harder/slower it is to keep pushing forward…

sitting comfortably in my job still with 15lbs of muscle added

agreed. Toss out the macro ratios. Get 1g protein per 1lb LBM and your fine. get your required healthy fats and fill int the rest with carbs.
-

Do pure weight lifting on those two gym days. your calories seem awful low too...
-
if you are drinking alcohol don't even bother tracking it. lost cause empty cals
-
i personally wouldn't worry about tracking calorie expenditure. Just track your food and meet your TDEE for the day.
