Help! Can't seem to get enough protein

If you want to peek at my diary for the last few weeks, you can see what I eat to get 1 gram of protein per day per pound of total body weight in about 1800 calories. Over the last four weeks, I've averaged almost 180 grams of protein daily, which amounts to about 35% of my calories.
A little bit of whey protein drinks and tuna salad, Quest bars pretty regularly, and lots of nonfat Greek yogurt, egg white, fat-free cheese, lean chicken breast, shrimp, turkey meatloaf and chili, and lean pork. A little beef jerky and higher-fat meats thrown in on occasion.
