oh yeah, another motivator: go to the Success Stories and read some. it really opens your eyes and helps you realize THIS IS POSSIBLE. people have done it!

good job on losing 15 lbs already!! i'm working to lose 15 lbs and it is HARD so kudos to you for actually geting it done!!! as far as exercises, i agree with what everyone else said. if you're not noticing any changes, try to push yourself an extra set or so.

no biggie on messing up. one of the things i love about this site is that it shows you that the more you exercise, the more you get to eat. it shows you just how many calories that bowl of ice cream added on but you can just as easily cancel it out with working out. and besides, just try harder the next day. eating healthy…

you go girl! getting motivated is a good first step. you can do this! what helps me is to look at pictures (or just imagine) of what i want my body to look like (celebrities sure do help, lol!) and instead of getting depressed, i say "i'm GOING TO look like that!" just gotta keep that goal in mind at all times. good luck!!

haha, that kinda happened to me too! i ate one thing today, and logged it in, only to see that I had used over half of my calories! reality check, for sure!!
