Firstly Congratulations on losing 33 pounds so far!! Thats a great accomplishment! Try not to let your mums or any other persons comments dishearten you while your on this journey - you will know how far you want to push your body and what weight feels best for you when you reach it :) 100lbs is a huge goal! Thanks :) I think im going to give it a go! i would most likely fast from 9pm - 1pm the following day making it a 16hour fast with roughly 8 hours of this that i would be sleeping... is that and Ok place to start?

Hi all just completed day 8 level 1 of the 30 day shred! I am doing this with some girls from work 10 days on each level. I am still finding the jumping jacks to jump rope challenging. Totally hearing ya! I too suffer from stretch marks and know how they can make you feel. I have found that whilst on this weight loss journey the less I worry about what others think of my appearance the better off I am. Dont let strech marks stress you out as that can hinder your progress. Just wait and see how your body…
