Water with lemon is absolutely fine! In fact it helps keep the body alkaline , not acidic. And room temp is best for proper absorption and cleansing. So if you find that is the best way to take in water , keep it up ! Your doing awesome !

I looked at pics of me on Vacation and that was enough for me to change my eating. And the exercise all stayed the same. i dropped 10 lbs in the last month and approx 25 lbs total.

Have six small meals a day . That helps speed up your metabolism and drink plenty of water, 2-3 L a day. Hope that helps !

Stay away from Kashi, high pesticide warnings! I recommend steel cut oats , generic. And to steer clear from high sugar cereal.

All these tips are great advise . Water is a huge gift to the body . Make sure your are getting enough 2-3 liters a day. 3 for men and 2 for women.
