I have an addiction to carbs especially breads and cereals. For bread i usually eat pita bread or small wraps. For cereal it varies from chereos to granola cereal to Fibre one. Can anyone suggest low-carb options?

You should check out netrition.com. I dont know about cereal since I haven't ordered those, but they have some really good (and really filling) low carb breads, bagels, snacks...pretty much anything

Stay away from Kashi, high pesticide warnings! I recommend steel cut oats , generic. And to steer clear from high sugar cereal.

  • Fiber One. It's not exactly low carb, but much of the carbs in it are insoluble fiber so they don't really count calorie wise.

I love oopsie rolls! I am just too lazy to make them. Hubby eats them up and then will eat a sandwich with regular bread right after. lol Frustrating!

I love netrition.com! And I did try one cereal from them. It was called Hi-Lo cereal. I got the vanilla almond flavor and it is really tasty! I'm definately ordering more from them soon! The carb crunchers bagels are great too! They have a lot of low carb foods on there. It can be a little pricey though. I spent $300 a few weeks ago ordering from them, but I think it was worth it.
