Hi there!! My lil guy is 2 weeks and 1 day, and I had a csection so i cant do much except walk and eat right for another few weeks. Me!!!! Not yet, because I just had my csection 11 days ago, but in 4 1/2 more weeks im starting up exercising. :-) This is my second csection and the first healed and looked pretty good, but this time i have a bad feeling. how long has it been since your csection?

Just take small steps!! Start out working out only twice a week, and when your body feels ready add a day all the way up until you can do 5-6 days a week. And dont go on any crash diets... slowly cut the sweets and sodas out. Trust me I know from experience... you cant quit cold turkey on anything or you will bot succeed!!…
