just finished a tread mil run, 45 minutes. the Rhythm said 575 cals the treadmill said 730 cal burned.

both saw the same Heart bits per minute and of course my age and current weight. next will be to test it on my bike.

I am pretty happy with it so far!

went for a 2 hour mountain bike ride, the sport tracker I was using on my android smart phone said 1756 cals, the RHYTHM 1306 cals, 450 calories less. I kept an eye on the heart beats and I averaged 112, which is the start on my fat burn range!

Just in case some one if researching this, I will update:

    returned the arm band, reasons:

-erratic readings, compared to the cardio machine's HRM, it would riead 50 or 158 or 122, the cardio machine read 122 all along!
-app buggy, it crashes, it pauses, it drove me nuts, had to baby seat it to make sure it did not pause or crash and I lost my calorie count!

I got my 100 dlls back, I also bought a chest band for 20 dlls on ebay, that one is consistent on the HR but the program still crashes. but for 20 dlls cant complain!
