  • if you want to lose weight change up your diet and change up your excercise. your body will become used to the same excercise I woull suggest get rid of the cereal and milk its full of sugar and start pure oats with cinnamon adn either almond milk or coconut milk unsweetened. you will lose weight pretty quick

  • shin splints are usually because the calfs or other parts are to tight and the splints over compensate. rest and try to do some pressure point and stretching of your calves regularly. it worked for me
  • take sips duitng the day all day. Its tough to drink that much. But replace your juices at breakfast lunch and dinner with water. If you want something sweet, eat fruit. trying to have soda juice coffee etc etc and 8 glasses is too much fluids. Good luck

  • great ideas . i have problems with the taste and stomach issues with milk. I split it up in the morning. i have a berry shake whn i first wake up which i put 1/2 teh protein . then the other half is added to my cereal (about hour later)and i sweeten it with cinnamon and coconut milk and blueberries.
  • thanks mine was similar i didnt know it was going to happen. Fortunately a big guy was getting up on the plance(which is why is stood up to get out of hisway and passed out) and he caught me before i hurt myself. HIw did they fix your heart>?
  • thanks that is definitely a part of it i think. when i have long sessions i dont eat and my nutritionist lectured me that i wasnt eating enough food, plus i have low blood pressure usually around 110 over 65 but when i stand it drops further
