Well hello there. First off, welcome to MFP. This site will undoubtedly change your life. I have no doubt that you will make it to your goal and then some. It is just a matter of recommitting yourself everyday. Everyone on this site, myself included, is on your side. Best of luck (and hard work). Ali

It is almost just a burn, like the muscles are tired or something. I haven't been at it that long, just over a month actually. I run normally on a treadmill, or on the side roads near my house. I wear thicker socks with you basic tennis shoes. I have had them a while, maybe time for a new pair. Also, I think the way I am…

Everyone on here is amazing. I read these comments over and over. They may seem insignificant to you, but your taking time to encourage and inspire means the world. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. :')

The more I focus on the things I've done wrong, the more likely I am to give up. I don't think it is about punishing ourselves for making mistakes. I think it is about taking those mistakes…

Kim, I happened on this thread by chance. And I'm glad I did. I love you spirit and way to go on the 19 lbs! I don't care who you are, getting in shape is hard, especially if there are additional obstacles in your way. It is all about the mindset and I applaud you on coming this far. I hope to have same determination ( and…

I'm fairly new to all of this posting and what not. But I am no stranger to changing my eating habits for the better. This entire journey that we are committing ourselves to on a DAILY basis isn't easy. But if there is one think I have learned is don't tell yourself no. If we go to long saying, 'No, no, no.', eventually we…
