Go try it. I bet they will let you try a class for free. Depending on the instructor, it can be pretty intense. I go three times per week and on off days do resistance training (circuits). It's all part of the same class I go to. Have fun.

Heck, I don't think it matters. I do a hot yoga class on Saturday mornings followed by a trx class. They both kick my but in two different ways. At least for me, the yoga is super hard.

Super great and difficult workout. See if someone in your area has it and you can use it. I believe curves has them. I think its better if you sign up for a class because it will keep you going. Six days per week. On sundays I do housework and yardwork or much of nothing. If you are working out 3-5days per week that is pretty good. Only thinks is to make sure that you HR is up where it needs to be so as to get the most of those workout days. Good luck and keep moving.
