TRX Question

My [very fit] friend did a TRX workout a week ago and said it kicked her butt. I looked online and it looks good, but it's $200 for what looks like a glorified pulley. I'd like to hear from those of you who've tried it, and also find out if it's worth the money and if there are cheaper options to get the same system.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Super great and difficult workout. See if someone in your area has it and you can use it. I believe curves has them. I think its better if you sign up for a class because it will keep you going. Some of the excercises can be very difficult and challenging that I think most poeple will not finish them on their own.
Real good on the core, stabilizer muschles, legs and cardio.
Good luck and keep moving.0 -
I've only used it at the gym. It is a killer workout, and there are so many different exercises you can do with it. If I were someone who works out at home, I would totally get one.0
