Holy crap! That is amazing! I am running my first 10K in 5 weeks, and if I could do it in less than 70 minutes, I'll consider it a good time. Great job!0

Great Job! I just started running earlier this year and am loving it. 5K's this year...10K's next year. I ran my first 5k a few weeks ago in 26' 30" and I thought that was decent. Your time for a 10K seems pretty good! Better than I could do, thats for sure0

Feck, bloody excellent!!! My first 10k will be round-abouts October time. Your performance is admirable for sure!!!0 -
Thank you all!
I have been really frustrated lately because I have been stuck around the same weight for several months (losing and gaining the same few pounds). I completed a whole round of P90X and ended up a few pounds heavier than when I started.
This helped though! It's not all about the scale. I just need to keep reminding myself of that.

Thanks! I was pleasantly surprised b/c I'm 34 and I was in a division today with 25 year olds.0
