You can take some Tylenol or other otc pain reliever and see if that helps. If it's really bad, it's ok to take a day off and rest.

I am on day 3 of level 2 and I actually kind of like it. The planks are hard, but I manage doing the modified ones. I go nice and slow for those. I'm not weighing until the end of the month, but I'm guessing that you are also building muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. I keep reading on MFP that you don't really lose "weight", but you lose inches.

I'm still here. Day 1 of Level 2, not as bad as I thought it would be. Kicked my butt though. I'm doing the beginner level. I did take a few days off, rest days, busy with the garden day. I am not getting on the scale or taking measurements until the end of the month, but I can tell a difference. Hubby can too.

This is a great example of the different types of muscles. Short, bunchy muscles are great for short bursts of speed. Long, lean muscles are needed for distance.

My news channel is saying the third one was most likely set off on purpose/controlled by the bomb squad. How terrible... I can't imagine putting in all that time training, etc to have something like this happen at the end.

I just did my first day too. My God. Halfway through I was already cursing at Jillian :) I only have 5 lb hand weights, so didn't use any. I'm going to the store tomorrow and will pick up lighter ones.

Yep! On the rare occassion I don't use the yolk, it gets scrambled and fed back to my chickens. They work hard to make that egg and they loooove scrambled eggs, even if it's just the yolk!
