NP here... you will likely need this for life. DO NOT make any dose changes on your own.. always consult with your provider first! Your provider should also be able to help you out with programs if affordability is an issue since this is an essential medication for you. Also.. I'm sorry that it sounds like this wasn't…

Just personal experience.... i went from eating like *kitten* and doing zero exercise to working out with a trainer who kicks my *kitten* and religiously following the macros he set up for me. I lost nothing the first 2 weeks then dropped 7 lbs out of nowhere... my medical background tells me hormones, sodium, and water

1/20 Near death with my trainer 1/21 25 minute tabata intervals on the max trainer

40 minute pyramid workout on the max trainer

I totally agree with this... I don't keep any of it in the house or its free game. If I do buy it, its only enough for that night. Its does me no good to fight off the craving... that just leads to a major binge later :|

if your physician has documentation of complications related to excess skin (rashes, open wounds, medications needed for treatment)... it is likely that insurance will cover the skin removal surgery

i have the polar ft4 in pink and I absolutely love it! You program in your height, weight, age, and sex. My number on my HRM is always different than MFP's calorie burn... sometimes more... sometimes less. I ordered mine on Amazon and I think I paid around 65-75 bucks for it.... definately worth the money!

any of the Real Housewives Mob Wives Bad Girls Club Teen Mom Criminal Minds and pretty much anything on HGTV
-
I'm not sure how it is where you work.... but my night shift crew will find any excuse to cook/bake and bring in tons of food. Birthdays, babies, weddings, retirements, moving..... all likely excuses. Also, I don't think working nights is any help. It's so hard to stay on a normal schedule as far as eating goes.

you sooooooo read my mind!
-
Gotta stay loyal to the Browns.... and Peyton Hillis of course
-
I looooove this game (on kinect)! I wear my HRM while playing... today I played for 52 minutes and burned 436 calories. You can make playlists so you can just dance non stop and not have to stop to change songs and what not.
-
Sometimes Saturday is my cheat "day"... and sometimes its just a cheat "meal". I do try to make sure I work out so I don't have a complete blowout though..... I do allow myself a piece of chocolate a day... for my own sanity of course :)
-
the weather is awful here today.... dance central 2 it is!
