Eat your normal BMR amount of cals for 2-3 days! It worked for me. Ther worst it can happen? You won't lose weight during those three days. (I think you are already there). It is supposed to re-start your metabolism by fooling your body thinking there's plenty of food around.

2-3 diet sodas (8 oz cans) in one day should not be a big deal... there are worst things than that, we all need a little escape... No, I don't think diet soda is better than water. My two cents.

Hi, I drink diet soda too, how many do you drink in one day?

Interesting, couple of you pointed out the sodium, I need to do a little research on that. Would it be because it would make me retain "water" as they say? or why should I pay special attention to it? I do exercsie every day a minimum jog of 2 miles. I'm still 20 lbs from my goal.

...sorry if I was to loose on my eval, it is more like two weeks really. I guess my next question would be, is starvation mode linked to headaches?

I think what I'll do is to keep the BMR (myfitnesspal) figure, and not consider the 300 (average) I burn on exercise.

BMR vs RMR... wow, the more I dig the deeper I go.

So basically, for a week I ate my full calories (instead of 500 less). Question, does the ''bodybugg'' takes into consideration the…

Thanks... it makes sense to use those calories during the day, rather than at night. Makes sense. I was just concerned about the postings warning you about body-shock on starvation mode that will prevent me from losing weight. I will try to stuff that sandwich at lunch with avocado, and have an apple, right after my cardio.

So the answer is yes, eat the calories you burnt. The goal is to meet the 1500 figure after adding (food) and subtracting (exercising). Agree?
