Not a bad day. I had a little bit of pasta with my porkchop and when I saw the calories on it after I'm really nervous that it was a lot more calories than I expected, but I'll make up for it tomorrow. Cals: Around 1500 Water: 4L Exercise: June 6th(45min)

Yesterday was really good. I went out later that night and had a few drinks and a little bit of pizza, but instead of getting sugary stuff I just had 1/4 a pint of vodka with mio and water so hopefully not too big of an impact! Goodness I've been so bad at remembering to reply to this thread! I've been away from home a LOT this week so I haven't got nearly as many workouts done as I would have liked. Love Fridays haha :) Much needed rest. Absolutely HATE the ultimate hot body WO..... wrecks me. Although I had no problem doing the half-cobras the entire way through and last time I nearly died... I think I'm getting stronger ;)

Congrats on sticking to it!! Same for me, I've never managed to stay so consistent before. I keep forgetting to download the app... I'll have to do that now before I forget. :P Right now I do 30 minutes of running ontop of pilates and I really find it's making a difference. HIIT(30s sprint, 1 min jog) helps shed weight…

Day 11! I accidentally did the wrong video looking at the wrong day :/ Unfortunately it was one filled with burpees, so then I had to do the correct one which (lucky me) was more burpees. Dead.

I substituted the dance cardio for the Ladder Cardio because I can't dance/follow choreography and unfortunately I don't have stretch bands so I had to make up my own substitutions for the entire final vid :/ I still felt it but I was annoyed she didn't make any substitutions for those…
