  • I'm a personal trainer and as for the hours, it depends. Don't quit your day job anytime soon. It takes awhile to build up clients and even then your schedule will be scattered to cater to the times they come in. Second, pay is pretty good but most gyms (like mine) pay you on commission only, so only the clients you train.…
  • Bad. Before everyone yells at me for what I'm about to say it's not directly hinted at the starter of the post, it is general. Noone take this as an insult to you personally. I am a personal trainer, I train people for a living. Curves is designed for women only with a few machines and cardio. In order to burn fat and lose…
  • I would do an 8 hour feeding window every day for a week to get used to it, then progress from there, but a cup of steamed veggies such as broccoli or asparagus will definitely fill you up a little more and have very little in calories while giving you proper nutrients, hope this helps!
  • Also known as Intermittent Fasting, the basis is that you will spike growth hormone and metabolic rate but actually its basically a balance of calories in vs calories out. I've studied this on my way to getting my personal training certification (ISSA) and you will lose weight but its predominantly because of your calories…
  • A cup of veggies (I think steamed makes you feel more full) usually works well with few calories and a lot of vitamins you need, you can also try rice cakes or just regular rice if you have plenty of carbs for the day, hope this helps!!
  • nada so far haha
  • worlds toughest shake.. -6 raw egg whites -5 oz. tuna -1/2 cup wheat germ -1 tbsp hot sauce -2 cups water 346 calories, 62 g protein, 15 g carbs, 5 g fat, and 4 g fiber You can also add in good source of fat such as 2% milk or some dextrose, hope this helps!!
  • Coffee and tea have caffeine in them.. so since caffeine is a natural diuretic (flushes water out) I would not technically classify it as water unless you want to become a prune lol. Water, and adding flavor packets, count as water, hope this helps! :)

  • If you can low fat cottage cheese, if not I would go with rice cakes, just watch the sodium. You could also try plain corn flakes to fill you up without much fat, hope this helps!
  • If your not losing anything then I would suggest dropping them only about 200calories or so, and drink plenty of water as well to continue with the weight loss!
  • Keep record on here or with friends and family so they keep you accountable! Also, I'm not sure if this will work for you but I look up youtube videos to stay motivated with what I want to look like, keep a picture of before you started your food logs with your weight at the time in your purse or on a mirror as well! Hope…
  • Need more information, current weight, have you been low carb? What does your diet consist of? info, info info, lol.
  • Cottage cheese, high in protein, low in fat, and a great bedtime snack! Or else one cup of veggies (steamed fills me up better) hope this helps!
  • Of those 3lbs its highly unlikely that it was muscle mass, you probably lost fat mass as well as water weight, unless your under 24%bf for a woman, don't worry too much about losing any muscle, hope this helps!
  • I currently have two clients training for the tough mudder and my advice would be three HEAVY metabolic resistance training workouts a week with one or two cardio days to get your conditioning up as well as muscular endurance for all the obstacles, hope this helps! :)

  • You don't have to worry about your exercise calories, if your goal is to lose weight then not eating them would be perfectly fine and help you on with your goals. :)
