I have the up move & love it! The thin strap is about 1/3 inch thick, & the thick strap is about 1/2 inch thick. I use the thin straps, personally, as they felt a little more feminine to me. Great post! There's so many of us in this situation. I try to take a walk at least once a day, even if its only for 10 minutes, but usally manage to get in 15-30.
