I lost 5 lbs during the challenge. Although I agreed to start 4/1, I really didn't get serious until about 4/15. Looking forward to a much more successful and committed May!

I think my goal had been 15 and I believe I started week 2 in April. I think that's right, getting my challenges mixed up a bit.:blushing: :bigsmile:

Only ended up dropping 3 lbs. for the month, but given that I had cardiac surgery in March and just finally got to my regular level of exercise about a week or so ago, I guess I can't complain too much. We'll see what May brings. Perhaps back to the previous months' levels of losing about 10 lbs. or more a month.0 -
I only lost seven pounds in April, but it is still seven pounds! I hit a plateau so I am going to up my calories this week and see how I do!:ohwell:0
