  • I loved your photos and i loved your honest description of your problem and the journey. I've been doing really well but had a major bust out today but when I read your story I KNOW I just have to start again tomorrow... All the best for a wonderful future relationship with all that delicious food@!!!
  • Good on you for sharing - you've done a huge amount of work and you deserve every success!
  • Thanks - great post - I really needed to read it!!! I love the last couple of paragraphs!
  • Oh I forgot to say that I drink a stack of green tea too! I am doing a 12 week challenge where we are instructed not to eat more than 1200 - this contradicts with MFP that says you should eat back your exercise calories. I've been a bit conflicted about it but decided to do what the challenge trainer said. After 12 weeks…
  • Hi Everyone As far as I know I've been doing a pretty good job. I eat about 1200 a day with about one meal a week a bit of a breakout. I log everything! I strength train 2 to 3 times a week. I walk and try to run (C25K) 3 times a week. I am trying to drink between 6 to 8 cups water a day. (lately more like 6 than 8) I eat…
  • Thank you for your message - I won't give up!!! You have done brilliantly - ENJOY SUCCESS!
  • Don't give up - no matter what - stick with this. It will all be OK in the long run - get less focused on time and a quick fix and more focused on getting healthier and fitter. As your body composition changes fat will burn more easily. I agree with others about measurements - take measurements and let your shrinking body…
  • You look fantastic - such hard work, good on you. I hope I can get there too, people like you keep me going. xx
  • Congratulations on such a huge amount of work and dedication - you deserve every happiness and good luck with your surgery - you'll feel like a new woman!
  • You look SOOOOO much younger and fantastic and mainly you just look HAPPY! Well done. It is fantastic and inspirational. Keep us posted.
  • What a gorgeous girl you are! Well done and thanks for posting the inspiring pics. NB Can you please tell us what breakfast you have every single day and still think tastes like heaven??? Jeeni
  • You summed up so many of my feelings about trying to lose weight - the thoughts I can't do it, the thoughts that I don't believe in diets and exerise (cause I'll only re-gain) and really, you are right - if one can do it anyone can do it - I think I'd not let myself hope that I'd ever get anyway, and stories like yours…
  • Hi My husband is also tall and lean and I'm always incredibly jealous of him eating whatever he wants. I also just cook healthy and he eats it - but then he eats a few vegemite sandwiches, yoghurt, chocolate... as well! A couple of years ago I gave him a 6 week personal training voucher at the gym for a gift and after it…
  • JUST AMAZING AND FANTASTIC>>>>> Only a year or so. It is amazing. You are a star. Thanks for inspiring.
  • Hi I actually can't remember if I introduced myself a few weeks ago or not! Getting older.... :-) I'm 46 at the end of this year. I started trying to lose weight again at the beginning of Feb this year - so far I have lost about 6 kg or 12 pounds. I am a slow loser. There are definitely types of us out there. My cousin has…
  • Mine is small.... I just went down and worked out for 60 minutes even though I have a sore throat and it is Saturday night and I (kind of) enjoyed it... I know I have come a long way since January, even if my fitness is nowhere near what it should be. :-)
  • You look great and inspiring to hear someone else back on track after getting sidetracked...
  • I ate two slices of mud cake today and although it was a yummy bustout I feel too full, my tummy hurts and I really regret it - not just because I'm scared of gaining but just because IT DOESN"T MAKE ME FEEL GOOD - it isn't worth it, is it? So you have had a huge success in realising it doesn't taste great and I am going…
  • Good going - keep it up - you deserve everything great,,
  • Just worked out how to do the quote thing - my comments above were to these fabulous pics - congrats.
  • Thanks so much for putting these pics up. I'm exactly the same height and start weight so it couldn't be more inspirational. You look fantastic. Loving the bra, loving the curves - you look a milion dollars - congratulations
  • I have been reading as many success stories as I can to inspire myself, it really helps me. You are my ultimate favourite one. The transformation for you in your life is just so easy to see when looking at the pictures - you really look like you've started again - like you won 1000 lotteries. I am going to keep thinking…
  • Hello I am new to this group so greetings...! I have these - smoothie - soy milk, protein powder, berries (easy) -omelette - 2 eggs, baby spinach, sprinkle of parmesan - as someone else said, vanilla bean sugar free greek yoghurt and berries These are all really easy and by keeping it simple I'm less likely to stray. Love…
