I smoked 2 packs a day and smoked for 35 years. I loved smoking and sometimes would still love to smoke one Six years ago I had a heart attack And my cardiologist said I was now a non smoker and put me on chantix I have not smoked since. I advise quitting before you have a heart attack however.:smile:

12 hours should be okay for a lot of things in a crock pot also most crock pots have high, medium, and low settings. I would look into some recipes for crockpot meals, maybe on pinterest

I'm surprised you don't like splenda, I really can't taste a difference with it. I couldn't stand the taste of diet pop so my daughter had me start mixing it half and half and I couldn't taste the diet in it, then slowly cut out the regular pop now I can't stand the taste of the regular pop. You've already lost 20 pounds, you're doing great!! Just have a small piece of cake for your birthday it won't hurt you as long as you don't keep eating it, then take a walk. Hang in there and don't give up! We all get in those down modes but you are doing it and can continue to do it!!
