They say that it is important to eat high protein breakfast within 30 minutes of waking to get your metabolism working. I eat eggs, bacon, cheese and vegetables every morning. Works for me. Keeps me full all morning.

I know I shouldn´t but I start my day with a big ole pot of coffee. Just seems to get everything going. Then I drink Clight (no calorie flavored water) throughout the day.

I go light and grungy. Tennis shoes, 1 pair shorts, 1 pair socks, 1 tshirt. I generally ditch the shirt while I´m on the machine and use a towel to dry the sweat. Hang the clothes to dry at night in the room. Little nasty by the end of the trip but use little space.

This isn´t much of a recipe but it is my favorite lunch. Take 1/3 pound lean ground beef, chopped up bacon, salt, pepper and mix together. Make a big hamburger and fry it up. Put lot´s of cheddar cheese on top, add a slice of tomatoe and lettuce and this keeps me going for hours.

I have been trying to keep my carbs at around 100 grams a day. This isn´t for everybody but I have found that eating protein and good carbs in the morning keeps my hunger at bay longer. I eat eggs, mushrooms, tomotoes, cheese and flavored water. I love the smoothies but I get hungry shortly thereafter.
