Week 2 day 4 complete! It is getting easier--there's something about passing day 3 that gets my body accustomed to her madness. Enjoy your day all!

Day 3 and getting better with the mat activities. Enjoy your day all!

Day 2 of week 2 for me. It was easier but I'm still on modified form. The table tops are the most challenging move for me. Will see if I can master that by day 5.

Congrats on completing week 1 and positive perspectives on overall health! Just finished day 5 and looking fwd to starting week 2 tomorrow.

day 4 complete for me. needed the rest day yesterday as I was sore. Nice to get back in today. I lifted higher with some of the weights and sunk into the squat pose deeper. Good luck to all for the remaining week!

Day 3 completed for me, great start to the week!

Took my rest day and running man-ed my way back into day 2. It went great. I like that it leaves me with the all-day feeling, that I'm firm and strong. Good luck this week!

It was a nice challenge. I'm alternating between both the shred and this wkout, daily so it feels nice getting stronger!

Yes, don't take another person's perception or misconception of themselves, personal. Enjoy being happy and healthy in your own skin. I detest when people make fat synonymous with inferior or ugly while looking or being skinny is a compliment. However, since I know I look good and feel great, my fat, fit, and fab self,…

Glad to join this group. Aiming for 6 days of fitness. Thus far, 2 lift day and yoga today. What what?! Psyched that I'm counting down to the holidays in a healthy way. Considering doing an alcohol fast so that I can enjoy my cultural brew during Christmas with loved ones....Healthy thoughts to all!

go you and lovely dress!

PROUD of you! Congrats and bask in that memory!

Great stuff; thank you!

Yes, these moments happen and hopefully will past for you soon. What always helps when I'm feeling spent, is to watch a couple of minutes of comedy off of youtube (Chris Rock, Katt Williams, Katt Williams, Cedric, etc). The best though is blasting your favorite tunes and dancing your heart out for the 5-10 minutes that you…

As I start to weight train, this was quite helpful. Thanks and enjoy your day!!

Great, great work. Your story really resonated with me as I've always been big and proud too. This MFP journey makes me consider it as being healthier and prouder. KUDOS:bigsmile:

Yes, you can save them. When I did Weight Watchers, they counted your total exercise calories for the week. As soon as your new week started, you lost them if they were not usurped. EnJOY indulging in the calories you sweat hard for this past week!
