  • What pinkraynedrop is asking is ... not eating before bed has been debunked for years so why are you still doing it.
  • Can we get some pics of "bulky" girls eating ice cream?
  • For anyone who enjoys the TLDR version of things I highly recommend picking up a copy of Which Comes First, Weights or Cardio. It's full of information about modern fitness research. (Sorry I snipped off your excellent explanation grimendale.)
  • You are consistently eating way too many carbs compared to fat and proteins. Since fat and proteins are the ones that make you feel full it's no wonder that you never feel satisfied after eating.
  • If you want the easy way out switch to whole milk and eat just a tiny amount more. The calories that MFP is suggesting for you are probably pretty close but your choice of foods is all low-calorie and low-fat. Enjoy real food and switch when you get older. :laugh:
  • In the past 4-5 days you aren't eating any fruits that I can see. I would ditch more of the bread type stuff so you can get a fruit in here and there.

  • Spend a bit of time at Polar's site. They have plenty in your price range and they've been the world leader in HRMs for 30 years now. A lot of rebranded models are actually Polar guts too. :wink: (I have an FT80 and it's really awesome. You might see if you can get an FT60 in your price range.)
