  • I live near Cincinnati, OH, USA and am in a similar situation, I'm 5'6" and am about 172. I, too would love to see 140/145 again. I would like to have some "young" motivation. Count me in!

  • I'm in West Chester and I would be all in.\! I'm currently attending a Boot Camp, but membership is too steep for my wallet. Not sure if I would travel too far, but it sounds like a great idea.

  • I work out immediately after work, before I go home. If my bag is packed with my workout gear in my car, I don't make excuses. Personally, I can't seem to get my heart rate going in the morning.

  • I have a rough time getting my heart rate up in the mornings..which is surprising because I'm a morning person! Nights for me, right after work. If I walk in my door at home, I'm not going to the gym!

  • I SUCK at this! I am so easily swayed by friends, family and food, that I can't get in 17 days in a row. I could use some encouragement!
  • I made this soup on Saturday, and it was delicious. I used asparagus instead of okra, and I too used extra water. For herbs, I used Italian seasoning and garlic as well as salt and pepper, and have changed to sea salt instead of table salt. It really is delicious and works so well on this diet!

  • Ok, I lied! I haven't weighed myself in about 2-3 weeks and put down my previous weight. It was wrong, and if I'm going to do this challenge, I need to be hones. I'm still 5'6', but my weight is 149. This is my first day on the 17 Day Challenge, and I'm really excited. My goal weight is 130.

  • My will power slips now and again, too! I think everyone's does at one time or another. It's too easy to get back into unhealthy choices...and they are all CHOICES! Get back on track and do what you have to do. And, whatever you do, don't get on the scale right after eating too much....it's too hard on us!

  • I eat Healthy Choice or Progresso Light soups with a few crackers...can't get any easier than that!
