  • Eating less is not the key. Move more and create the deficit. If I want to increase my weight loss I make sure I walk alot more (over 20000 steps) I do not decrease my calorie intake (dietician advised not to go below 1200 and eat less than 1500) I am not hungry and binging is not a problem any more.
  • You can also throw in some almonds for protein and if you like it a little sweet put carrots in instead of pineapple.(less actual sugar but still tasty. I also love my nutribullet.
  • I agree with this. My dietician advised me to never eat less than 1200 and try to stay below 1500 and I am a small woman. I have lost 35 lbs in the last 3 months doing this so I know it works.
  • I love my fitbit flex, especially that it is linked to mfp. worth the money

I went to the dietician and the best piece of advise that you can have is to eat about 6 small meals (stopped me from bingeing) Make sure you have some kind of protein with each of those…

  • I have been walking (using fitbit flex) since apr. 19,2014 and have lost 30 lbs so far.
  • I am doing this for my health(want to get off high blood pressure meds, high cholesterol meds, and have be diagnosed as being hypoglycemic) I also want to be a role model for my bff as she worries me at the weight she is now. I also got a fitbit flex for both of us to help keep us motivated and having it link with MFP is a…
  • Hi Slender, I was using the site and took a break (I think it was about 7 months) and am back on. I also got myself a fitbit (to see what it is about go to fitbit.com (site is free) The fitbit flex measures the number of steps I take, links with this site to keep track of the calories eaten and it also calculates the…

  • Hi, I am also 5'4" and weigh 164. I got a fitbit flex and am walking about 20000 steps a day (started out 8000) I have lost 25lbs so far. The best thing about the fitbit is it tells you how many calories you have burned. You can connect the fitbit to this site and info from both sites are shared. It keeps track of your…
