Thank you :) To be honest if the scale doesn't drop but my body changes and I look toned and fitter then I will be much happier. I will balance it out only exercise four days a week rather than six and see where that gets me!

Thank you all for your help. I'm kind of struggling to think of ideas to get my fat intake up - you say minimal cheese but there's only so much oil and butter I can use when frying bacon sausages steaks etc. Regarding the protein, how many grams a day should I be aiming for? Again, thank you for all your help :) x

I don't have any pains or crampings assosiciated with it, it's just a large fat and flabby tummy that has always been there.

I logged the calories as todays calories so was already 220 calories in by the time i had woken up so only have 1000 left for the day.

Thanks everyone :) alot of the advice is weight training. any specific things i should be doing? how much should i aim to be lifting? i use 3kg dumbells for my xtrain dvd but i assume they are not heavy enough? what kg should i up to?

I've gone from 157lbs to 137lbs but my goal weight is 120lbs -I want to lose this in four months. I would also love to read how others have achieved this :)
