I woke up at 2.30am, had a bowl of cereal and went back to sleep.
i don't know why i did this, but i have done it before.
I logged what i ate in to todays diary, will this impact my weight loss at all as i went straight back to sleep afterwards?

Well, the physical weight of the food will impact on your scale reading in the morning.
Whether or not you have gone over your maintenance calories is what will affect fat gain in the future.0 -

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA!!! OP as long as you're expending more calories than you take in, the time of day you eat is irrelevant.0 -

I logged the calories as todays calories so was already 220 calories in by the time i had woken up so only have 1000 left for the day.0 -
Dropping Chocolate Weetos or Cornflakes in the bed might have an impact on your love-life!!
By the way - where's the milk with your cereal?
If you are struggling to keep to your calorie allowance today then do some exercise to earn some more perhaps?0 -
I've been doing that a lot lately, I think its because I work out between the hours of 8pm - 10pm. So say about 4 hours later my body is craving food.
Hasn't made any difference to my weight, Its the sugary crunchy nut that's the problem, once I start I cant stop lol
Today is a new month, so from today..........No more sugary cereal for me..... I hope (Its my vice)0 -
You're probably hypoglycemic.0

Go here and run your numbers: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/975025-in-place-of-a-road-map-short-n-sweet and see whether you should be eating more. I bet you should.0 -
I agree. Your caloric rate is too low. Your body was hungry. Probably starving. No harm done to feed it.0
