How many grams of protein on Ketosis?

Female, 25 years old.
I'm starting ketosis today for 3 months; i know my carb intake should be low and fats will be pretty high but how many grams of protein is suffcient before ruining the ketosis?
I work out anythig between 30-60 minutes per day, a mixture of weights and cardio.

Protein will also be high seeing as how most of your diet is meat and veggies. I focus on low carbs and also trying to not over do high fat (more chicken than beef as an example, or limiting dairy). I don't focus too much on protein grams. I'm not an expert, but I've done low carb before and its how I lost the weight this time as well. I've used ketosis sticks this time around too.0
