i use the Polar Loop. fantastic tracker and combined with the Polar H7 hrm strap for the chest for workouts.. i haven't any complaints about it.

no my grip is pretty firm. 90% of the time. take a crowbar to pry it out of my hands lol.. i didn't think about the holding position of the bar.. i wil have to try that thank you /

i was thinking of gloves but i not sure if that would salve the problem or not.

just about every excercise. deadlifts, squats with barbell. things i have to grip.. i not sure if it just becuase i may have entra padding on my hands lol but seems it pinches just where the knuckles are. where the fingers fold over the palm.. if any of this makes sence.

Welcome to the loop. Have had mine for 4 weeks and I pair with the polar H7 and it's fantastic. Battery life could be better but over all I am vary satisfied with it. I manually put in my workouts in mfp because I find mfp to be way off for calorie counts lol. Polar flow is fantastic with the loop :)

Polar H7 is great to have any only used during the gym or cardio sessions. A bit more accurate then your wrist hrm. And will run about 80.00. Uses a app on a ISO phone.

i think it all boils down to what helps motivate you, some need a tool for motivation for those hard times and others are self motivators.

i got the polar H7 for christmas.. so far i love it.. i wil be buying the polar loop to go with it.. and the loop is a activity tracker however i can link my polar H7 to it for a much better count.

depends i normally drink 10 cups a day, however when my body is detoxing i tend to drink 15-20 cups daily.

what mark said listen to your body. try it once if you seem okay go for it. myself if i eat a shake before workout my stomach tends to feel heavy and doesn't sit well . but every ones body is different
